Washer and dryer set so quiet

The preloaded soap dispenser is very convenient! We love the shadow color. We feel like it is fancy w/o spending too much. Pretty cool u get to watch ur clothes being washed!

We decided to buy the Whirlpools this time, our decision was the best we ever made! We decided after reading other reviews that this was the best product we could purchase.

We browsed at the store, salesman was patient & gave us pertinent information about open box/display washer. The discount was unbelievable! I will buy an open box item at Best Buy again!

Needed to Replace After 14 Months

Fourteen months of an avg of 3 light loads per month, and I need to buy a new washer. In researching further this time around, I see where Whirlpool comes in with average ratings and doesn’t have any top 10 washers. Lesson learned.

It’s extremely loud and it doesn’t wash clothes as good as I expected. My 15 year old top loading washer was much quieter than this and it washed better. A true disappointment and it’s too late for me to return or exchange.

Machine works well, only issue is if the load becomes unbalanced it gets stuck in the rinse/spin cycle until you are able to physically rebalance the load. I had to refer to the chart in the manual for the first week to understand all the options & icons but now it's easy. Only wish is that the end of cycle sound could be set louder since they are in our basement. Not going to pay for using the "smart" service.

Returned Whirlpool Washer

Spits water out lid upon install, shakes furiously when spinning and scraping noise in drum. I ordered a replacement, sounds like a broke truck. Same problem with Whirlpool Washer purchased in 2019. The Whirlpool Dryer has been half repaired due to knocking noise. Will never purchase another Whirlpool washer or dryer again.
