These machines are allegedly on the higher end of the spectrum and I spent good money on them. Not even a year and a half later (roughly 4 months out of warranty) they have both stopped producing signal sounds so I have no way of knowing when the cycles end unless I watch the clock. So frustrating, I tried everything including resetting both machines. I will go back to Samsung and I don't recommend Whirlpool to anyone

I went from being completely unhappy with my LG front loader (due to constant mold/mildew build up) to this washer and so far no complaints and works very nicely.

Clothes do not come stinky as with front load washers. Nice job Whirlpool!

Mainly because it wont let you just do what you want to. Its supposed to dispense soap, it does not. You want it to wash things on hot, it does not. You want to use cold it uses hot. Its got all of these sensors and its a freaking washer. I wish it was dumb because the design is great.
