It constantly would say the load was unbalanced even though the only thing in there would be a throw blanket. Over Priced. Poor Quality

I didn't want to have to clean the moldy ring anymore so we went with these. The dryer is great, the washer is not. Our black clothes come out with white "dirt" streaks all over, we use a blue washing liquid, can't figure that out. It's extremely loud and will emit a very high pitched shriek ever so often making you want to crawl out of your skin-metal on metal it sounds like. The water level never fills to high to cover any of the loads whether it be small or large. We are so frustrated with this machine and it was $1K! Unreal.

They keep changing the date to come out and fix it !
