They keep changing the date to come out and fix it !

I was without a washer for 3 weeks because my LG broke and I couldn't get enough time off to stay home all day to meet the repairmen per the warranty (the only appointments were 8am-5pm). I immediately did a ton of wash the day I got this. I realized after several loads it wasn't dispensing detergent at all. I re-seated the tray and then it started dispensing detergent. The clothes however were still dirty and still stank (I have been working with cattle). If I hadn't already wasted a tremendous amount of time and money getting a new washer I would immediately return this garbage. I only went with Whirlpool because no regular technicians in this area will work on LG or Samsung. This washer is absolute garbage but Best Buy service has been excellent

The cloths came out so wet it took three cycles in the dryer to get them dry. After only five months it completely died. The factory service technician said it was a know defect. Whirlpool said it would take two to four weeks to get parts to fix it. Best Buy refused to do anything about it. A five month old machine is now at the county landfill. Replaced with a machine that actually works and Best Buy has lost a customer for life.
