After having a Whirlpool duet set for 17 years we wanted to purchase a new set before retiring. I loved my previous set. We purchased this new set and 9 days after installation the washer quick working. Service had to come and parts needed to be ordered 5 parts including the computer core!! Less than a year later after this repair my washer stopped again. Exactly the same way. This time I was in the extended warranty through Best Buy. Service came and they did not have the codes they needed. Had to research while they were here. Finally determined I needed another computer core and probably a new motor as well. Next day’s email said the parts were back ordered. It’s now been 3 weeks of no washer and we are still back ordered with now the possibility of np having a replacement. But wait, the earliest to even be able to have a new exact machine to be delivered is May 31st!! Imagine having no machine for 3 months with an active family of 7!! I love the machine when it’s working but I am beyond frustrated!
