All my kids are charged with doing their own laundry and now I have piece of mind that they are doing it correctly with load and go. No more messy dripping liquid detergent mess in the laundry room. The connected app is also great. Whirlpool thanks for helping me in the laundry room

As others have mentioned, machine will randomly fail to unlock the washer door requiring it to be unplugged. In addition, water is leaking out of the front left-side now (and of course out of warranty). Buttons are confusing and not intuitive as dryer will occasionally completely reset settings before you realize what happened. Clothes never seem to be washed well and dryer often has to be run multiple times for loads with towels or blankets. I'm more likely ready to dump this junk before I shell out more $$$ to a repairman to just have it break again. Load and Go is great, but I'm afraid that's probably where the leak is occurring. Not worth the price or hassle (especially when dryer acting up as well). Drain plug in tray also too short and a major mess to flush and clean drain filter. Expected more from Whirlpool...

Repaid men suggested not to use load and go - causes over sussing which was the problem. Just bought this for that reason. only used the load and go. So it does not work on load and go and that is my problem? Do not like the way the setting work to turn on - never quite sure if I did it right and have to stand there and wait to see. Door hold dampness and odor. Have to keep it open. Wish I had my old Maytag fixed. Wish I never bought this.

Error codes are consistent. if you leave a penny in your clothes it blocks drain and you have to manually remove it while water gushes all over your floor. Just one head ache after another
