I gave it 3 stars because one whole side was dented and because I was out of town during the deadline for issues. When ordering the delivery the time frame was different. Changed once I ordered. I tried to have it delivered earlier because of being out of town with guests but not possible. So when we returned we finished opening up the stove to install and found it all dented even tho it did not appear to be from the outside of packaging. So it looks like it happened before was sent out for delivery. I didn’t get a cheaper price for scratch & dent. Was this one that was returned damaged and then sent out to me? Very disappointed.

The oven glass door is loose when I open it it hangs from first day have not used the oven just stove top

It's a great product but unfortunately is a nightmare to clean. The black cooking area stains with any liquid spilled. As far as performance is concerned the oven works great, the burners are very easy to clean and the 2-piece grill.

The exterior of the stove, the sides and top gets extremely hot when the oven is being used. The control section above the stove, besides being loose and rocking back and forth, is so hot it cannot be touched when the oven is being used. Am still deciding if this is a safety issue or not. The 20 year old Kenmore stove that this stove replaced was better built and certainly better insulated as it never got hot like this stove does.

I gave this a 3 star rating as the stove might work fine. Unfortunately, I never had the opportunity to try it as it arrived damaged on both sides.

My only complaint it smells like gas when the oven is on and the grate to take off is pretty heavy

The first delivery ended up being the wrong stove. When the correct stove was delivered, the oven did not work properly and now that stove is being replaced.

Got an opened box version and was warned by the store manager that i should not a shelf move into my own trunk, instead opting for Best buy delivery service. Big mistake. Unit came bent and missing back screws. It was perfectly fine at the store.

Although it is a beautiful stove, the cleaning of it is a hassle. Anytime you use oil, whether it is very little or not, you are able to notice the spots and must clean it right after you use it (every single time). The situation is mostly because of the color of the stove. The stove also came with a couple of white-ish spots that don't come off.

Overall this product is good value for the money: however there was only one oven rack in the oven as compared to two and also the quality of the rack does look a bit flimsy to carry a heavy roasting pan etc. I have not used enough to give other comments. The inside volume is large. Had to buy extra strong racks.

Its okay. The middle flame never worked. Besides that its pretty good.

Stove is amazing. But the people that came to install it said they couldn’t do it. Got Brother in law and he was able to install it

Week later Owen ignition stopped working and waited for few weeks to get it fixed with whirlpool technicians

product is great, but the installers didn't have a clue what the they were doing as far as hooking up the gas line.

I had to get the oven door serviced by professionals because it would not close completely.

unfortunately the oven does not heat up evenly. Service tech is coming out to check it out

When using the oven the entire range gets hot and burns my hand wherever I touch it.

Took forever to get and had to reschedule appt several times
