Best Buy delivery was the absolute worst, I can not in good conscience recommend anyone to purchase from them

Have not had the range long. Finding it easy to use (still have not use the convection part of the oven)

Product arrived damaged but Best Buy immediately took notice and replaced the item as soon as possible. Made the process very smooth.

This range has 5 burners which will be a great help when I need to serve a large meal for guests. Also there is a keep warm burner and one one to melt butter etc at lower temperatures. The first time I used it we made chocolate chip cookies & they were great.

Looks sharp, cleans easily and the stove top adjusts to temperature changes quickly. It seems to take a long time to preheat - 7 to 8 minutes to get to 375.

Overall this is a great appliance. Love the convection fan and all the options with the burners, whether to use 1 for small pots or 2 for larger pots. Care has to be taken with the glass top but bar keepers friend is excellent to clean up messes.

the whirlpool freestanding convection range looks and works great but the labels on the controls can be a bit hard to read off the stainless steel panel.

This is the stoviest stove. So much stoving happening. Would probably make the stoviest stove top stuffing.

The burners took a pretty long time to heat up, then the cooking took far longer than I was used to. And perhaps it was the change from a old coil stove to the smooth top and not the fault of the stove- but we did read other reviews mention this issue as well. That in addition to the fact the the “cooktop hot -caution” indicator - went off WELL before the smooth top surface cooled, prompted the return of this range.

Takes some getting used too heats slower and cools slower than gas. Bought matching dishwasher and over the stove microcowave happy with our purchases.

Self clean works great and overall function is wonderful. Not a lot of bells and whistles,but dinner is served.

Well, it’s nicer looking than our 22 year old stove! However, the heat from the burners goes in and out and doesn’t stay consistent. The oven takes entirely too long to preheat. Go clean your bathroom while it’s preheating; seriously! It’s just ok. Our older stove/oven worked better than this new beautiful one!

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

I have baked a little. But come the holidays thats when it will really be put to the test. I do a lot of baking, close to 20 different cookies, 4 breads and about 4 candies. Haven't used the convection part yet.

Love the convection baking, food baked evenly and brownies not burned around the edges...

Had a storm knock a few things and the replacement for our stove was a definite upgrade to the 10 year old stove from before. We are still learning all the features but the convection setting, warm zone, and the melt feature are a nice touch.

HAVENT USED MUCH YET .SEEMED SLOW TO GET TO TEMP PULSATING HEAT I THOUGHT IT WAS SUPOSE TO BE STEADY HEAT ON THE BURNER.

Looks nice, still learning to use the convection oven. Burners heat up quickly. Over all satisfied with range.

I love to bake in my convection oven.It bakes very evenly and is true to time for an electric oven.

Nice looking and nice features. I wish they could make a smooth top range that was more scratch resistant.
