A: Hi MiMiharr, with convection cooking, the unit will cook food 25% faster than a traditional bake cycle. It is recommended that you adjust the bake time that is suggested for your recipe to compensate. So you would shave 25% off the recommended cooking time. We hope this helps!
A: We bought ours in Aug 2019 and had this same problem. I thought the hinge may have bent in shipping or something, bought a new hinge directly from Whirlpool in Sept 2019 and replaced it myself. The replacement one is already bad and the door wont close. I came here to see if anyone else had this issue. Instead of replacing it again I will contact Whirlpool this time.
