Cheap Drawer - Terrible Maytag Service

I contacted the number provided for issues. The Maytag warranty department scheduled a repair man who just visited and stated these drawers are flimsy, I will order you another but it will also be crooked so you will likely just have to live with it. This is not acceptable. I’m not sure why Maytag choose to put such a flimsy drawer on and continues to sell it knowing it’s shoddy and of poor design. I hope they will do the right thing and get this fixed as I can no longer return this substandard product to Best Buy.
