Personally I am a big fan of this washer and dryer set! The black pulls things together well and makes the laundry room more aesthetic to help me want to do laundry more. I never have an issue with my clothes get fully clean or dry within one cycle and the detachable aggitator is a big plus when washing delicates! I would 100% repurchase this item again!

I enjoy having the removable agitator on this dishwasher pretty simple to use. The only thing I didn’t like was not being able to pause and restart easily or change settings in the middle of process.

It’s very pleasing to look at and it does wash my clothes nicely.

Bought washer and have total protection service. Washer broke in July. Service appointment not available for 3 weeks. Really 4 to get an appointment which worked with my schedule. Repair shows up and do a diagnostic and declares they dont have parts. They order parts and schedules for another month down the road to come. They came today and declare that the parts sent was incomplete. Just front panel and not entire assembly. Circuit board also replaced but the cant find main knob nor safety stay latch. So more parts ordered today. Next available appoint again 4 weeks from today. This is crazy poor support. Ive been going to laundy every 2 days since i normally do a full load every day. Probably have spent $100 on wash and dryer. Looks like another $100 because of 2nd delay. They dont even know if new cuit board works since they cant turn it on.

Do not buy!! And do not buy Best Buy geek protection extra warranty!! Stopped working after one year and we had bought the five-year warranty and paid almost $200 extra for the warranty. It has been 15 days for our family without a washing machine after this machine stopped working. The geek squad person will be coming out for the third time in another week and try to fix it yet again, but it is never being fixed. It is so ridiculous! The manager of the geek squad just called and said there’s nothing they can do about it, except keep coming out and attempting to fix it. They said after one month of not being able to fix it, they will consider replacing the unit which will take even more time. Absolutely ridiculous! We have piles of laundry everywhere. I have a sick baby and they don’t care. They won’t do anything about it other than say you just have to wait. Photos of all the many piles of laundry all over our house, these photos are not even all the piles we have! There are even more in my kids rooms.

Does not fill to needed level!! So much deep water washing! Do not purchase this machine!!!

We have had the unit for about a week now. Overall it has been great. It is super fast and it can handle things like large quilts, Down comforters, and sleeping bags. Two issues: 1. It is louder than I expected. 2. Our dryer can't keep up with its speed.

Purchased on September 1, but it was not ready till October 8 picked up and installed worked fine for a few days and then spinning cycle did not drain all water from clothes then machine shut down and would not turn on left it unplugged for a while, plugged it in and started to work again I like brand whirlpool I am getting a replacement on October 23 I will update

Went from a 3.7cu ft washer, this one is massive in comparison. Just make sure you can reach the bottom before purchasing, it is very deep. Love the removable agitator for the bed sheets and comforter.

I like it a lot. I've owned it for about 2 weeks. Once the machine stopped when some clothes got tightly wrapped around the ringer and I was unsure how to handle it. I still miss the old-fashed machines that allowed you to have more control over the cyles. Still, it's a solid machine.

This washer has been great the past couple of months since we’ve purchased it. It has an impressive capacity, and I appreciate the agitator. It definitely isn’t as heavy duty as older agitator washers, but it definitely helps get our clothes clean. I was unsure the first couple of loads as the water capacity seemed low, but the “bulky” setting works great and seems the most effective for my uses. It’s definitely got an intense spin cycle, so be prepared for some noise (not super loud) as well as some notable shaking as it spins the clothes out.

Been a while since I had a top load washer. This washer is easy to use and I like that the agitator can be removed for bulky items. I give this a 4 stars only cause it seems pretty loud.

This washer has an unbelievable load capacity. First time I used it, I washed at least 4 xxxl pullover hoodies, 2 pair of jeans, underwear, socks, t-shirts and several clothing items from my daughter’s hamper with ease. By removing the agitator I was able to wash our bedding- king sized bedspread, matching sheets, and 8 pillowcases - in just 1 load. This washer is SO much quieter than my previous front load washer….I love it.

Good machine, got it on Black Friday deal. Reason for four stars it’s a little louder than I thought. Perfect for your garage, wouldn’t recommend Indoors.
