Sopping wet clothes

The clothes are sopping wet, literally dripping with water so you have to do a spin cycle on top of a regular wash or you put them in the dryer for 2 hours. Either way you spend more electricity and time than with another washer.

Whirlpool Washer

Our previous whirlpool had a digital display showing you the time remaining and this one doesn't, however, it does what it's supposed to do and does it well.

However, not until I was able to read very, very carefully the instructions did I realize that it would not wash the most important items -- the incontinence pads for an elderly relative in the household. To my knowledge, there was no information or indication that one should not wash items that had impermeable cloth which those pads do have. So, here we are with a wonderful machine that does not meet our purposes. For that reason I gave it only 3 stars. It would be helpful if there was easily accessible information concerning what washing machines with impellers can and cannot handle.

It does not fully submerge the clothes in water even with the deep water setting. The barrel became unbalanced even with a light load. And it is not sensing the clothes or locking the lid. They are selling faulty products for this machine to be BRAND new it should not have as many issues as it does!!
