Seriously it’s really nice especially the large drum. I can now wash my comforter with room to spare. Just told my daughter the other day now need a dryer with big drum. The technicians were great hooked up everything and put it on quick wash to be sure it worked.

It doesn't have digital displays, touch screens, or apps to control remotely like many other high end washers do. That's a strength to me. The spin cycle is kinda loud, but it spins FAST!

From the moment i walked in the store i was greated immediately asked what i was shopping for. An associate in the washer dept was called an greated me and we got to shopping . I picked the washer i wanted and completed the transaction within 15 minutes. Thanks to everyone that assisted me that day. GREAT JOB!!!

It is LOUD and it barely covers the clothes with water when it agitates……I had service guy come and he said it is the design of the machine……so basically I made a POOR Choice when I bought……the Deep water option just adds a small amount of water…..they said the Bulky option would fill all the way up with water…...but it doesn’t. I’ve had it about 13 months but I will be getting rid of it as soon as I find a washer that will let me control the water level…

The towels are normally still very wet after the spin cycle. For the first time in 3 months I tried washing a cream color blanket - there is literally fabric softener stains everywhere since the rinse cycle is so poor. I had the whirlpool cabrio before - excellent wash cycles - but the machine filled with mold so quickly even with regular cleanings. This machine is cheap and I would NOT recommend. The rinse and spin cycles are horrible.
