    I purchased this oven for a kitchen renovation I did in 2021. After less than a year of use, I have the following issues with the oven: 1. The stovetop not only is hard to clean, but the finishes under the burners have already started to wear away. 2. Aqualift is a joke, and doesn't actually clean your oven. (google it other people have said the same thing). 3. The knobs have grommets which have become dislodged. 4. My center burner no longer stays lit (all around). 5. When I contacted Whirlpool for warranty service they pointed out that my date of receipt has passed, and I am no longer under the warranty period. I told them that this oven was backordered. I pointed out that it was impossible that the oven could have been in my possession for over a year, as its manufacture date was within 9 months of today. I checked the warranty and it does state that the warranty starts at the date of receipt, so they technically aren't wrong. I'd recommend avoiding this manufacturer (and all of their other brands). The nostalgia of having an American made product doesn't make me feel better when I have to use this crap every day.

    great stove/ oven

    I like this oven because you can put the food in and delay the start time. So then it will turn on and off for you, then food will not be burned. I also like the metal grates across the top, I can slide my pots to a different burner very easily if needed.

    Poor oven cleaning process

    I have owned this stove for 9 months ....although I love the stove my biggest complaint is cleaning the oven...the aqua clean process is poor and the cleaning kit that comes with the stove is useless....I cook and bake a lot and with every use [both range top and oven] needs cleaning...we called whirlpool and they said they would send another type of cleaning kit...that was 3 weeks ago and no kit....hint for top cleaning that our cleaning lady does is just a cloth with hot water...removes the grease etc but the oven is a different story...very frustrating and you cant't use oven cleaner..very disappointed!!!! thanks

    Bought this range because it is stylish, fit in well with our kitchen remodel and is made in USA! Bad move! 4 months short of 4 years old and it already needs a repair! Reading F8E0 Error code, googled it and common problem! Cooling fan motor! One repairman said he's replaced 50 of them!! Unbelievable! We bought all Whirlpool appliances. Hope we won't regret it with Fridge, dishwasher and microwave! We expected better reliability! Make your own decision! Don't know if we'd make this purchase again!!

    frustrating to use.

    The range is attractive but I don't enjoy cooking on it. Biggest frustration is that both large burners are in the front, small ones in back. So if using two large pots , awkward to get behind them for small burners. And having to reach way back for cooking on a small burner anytime is inconvenient. Seems a small factor, but my old stove had small and large burners staggered both in front and back-- MUCH easier to use. Also don't like moving the heavy grates to clean around burners.

    I purchased this range Whirlpool WEG745HOFS in August 2018. Two months ago it began making loud noises once the oven heated up (375-450). The noise that the oven is making while hot is loud enough to be heard from the second floor. I am hearing a hammering noise as well as other strange noises. I called for service and the service guy said it was perfectly normal and sometimes these ovens can do that. Has anyone else heard this noise? All my appliances are whirlpool but after this experience they are definitely going to loose a customer. I have a recording of my stove and the noises its making and plan on posting it so that nobody else has this experience. What a disappointment this purchase has been. When researched this appliance prior to buying it most of the reviews were good so I never anticipated this.

    Issues with small back burner

    We purchased this stove and at first we loved it. Unfortunately we didn’t read the fine print in the book telling us that you cannot wash the knobs in the sink. There is a small metal piece inside the knob that gets dislodged if it is washed. Now the handles will not stay on correctly. I called Whirlpool and was told that it would cost me $50 to replace each knob. I have two that need to be replaced. That’s $100 on top of the price of a very expensive stove. Next time I’ll go GE.

    Whilrpool slide in range

    Everything I have baked has been underdone or overdone. Under done by at least 20 minutes. This was $1899 plus delivery. It did not even come with a broiler pan and the simmer burner still cooks way too high. It is impossible to clean the stove top even with a special cleaner that I ordered from Whirlpool. We chose this range as all the other ranges that we looked at were on back order. Sooo disappointing.

    If you don't cook it is perfect!

    Stove top runs way too hot. Oven does not cook evenly. Had the repairman out a year ago and replaced the fan and motherboard. Still does not function properly. Absolutely the worst appliance purchase yet and I also owned one of the notable Samsung refrigerators. I thought that whirlpool was a good product but not this range!

    won't ignite

    I have owned this oven for less than two years. I planned to use the oven to bake for a graduation party, and the oven won't ignite and leaks gas. Not happy that an appliance that is less than two years old, stops working. Especially since it was expensive!!
