Very narrow cook top makes it difficult to use front and back burners at once because of the burner positioning. Only 1 of the burners is big enough to boil water quickly. I’ve burned myself a few times already trying to pull pans out of the very narrow top oven because this model lacks the easy glide rack that my last one had and is difficult to pull out. Overall, I would not buy this model again. You get what you pay for and for a few hundred more I could have gotten an oven with much better features.

Not good working. Very expensive

Cant use during power outage !!

What they dont tell you is that you can not use the gas stove top during a power outage. It has a saftey feature that shuts off gas when electricity is out. Very disappointing because thats one perk of having a gas stove .

Whirlpool shows the broiler burner requiring a female fitting to convert to Propane. The included kit included the wrong part, the directions show the wrong part even the Whirlpool parts department showed the wrong part. It took several hours of my time to figure out Whirlpools error. Best Buy was of no help in trying to rectify this issue. Suggested I go to Home Depot for help resolving the issue.

I threw them out and purchased all again from a family company with over 100 years in business. I bought this. love it not from bestbuy/Pacific in paramus. This is a very unsafe stove. Also, the top oven does not maintain the proper temperature. You cannot use all 4 burners at the same time as the stovetop is too small. Terrible purchase, I wish I would have realized this sooner or I would have returned it. Now I have an overpriced death trap in my kitchen. I have to constantly check to make sure I didn't bump the knobs and turn them on.

The knobs are loose, the oven does not heat up properly. I do not recommend this product

Oven temperature rises to above 500 degress when it is set to 350. Had it repaired 3 times through GeekSquad so far and I am returning it to buy an LG oven like the one in my other house that has worked flawlessly for 8 years,
