    The display board has a big babble in the middle. It was only used for Thanksgiving, Christmas and I didn’t noticed till my daughter came to quarantine with me in March

    i have tried to download a manual for my new range and can only find a Spanish version. Whirpool is lousy at customer service

    Cleaning is difficult, the stove top paint looks as though it has bubbled up around the burner. The grates need to be held or removed when you’re cleaning it.

    The side fell off the stove after a couple weeks. Terrible deal for $1400

    I am very pleased with this oven so far. It looks sharp and we love the straight lines of the stove top. Another perk is the oven lights turn on automatically when you open the doors...like a fridge. Love. That! Top oven cooked veggies at 425 and they came out perfect. Bottom oven cooked chicken and it was perfectly cooked as well. The front right burner was used last night for rice and it was easy to lower the flame to what I was looking for and the rice did not burn or stick at all. I can't wait to bake with this and see how it turns out. Also, the flip up top for easy cleaning is awesome! There is a CON though. The oven was presented with a griddle attachment on top of the center griddle burner. My daughter was excited and thought it was cool. The sales person never mentioned it did not come with the stove. The LG stove right next to it also had a griddle attachment on it, so we did not think it was wrong, just a cool perk. When the stove was delivered it did not have the griddle. I called the store and the associate I spoke with implied I had moved a griddle from one stove to this one. I was so insulted. After speaking to a manager, he told me he would set aside a griddle attachment, but it didn't go with this stove and it would not fit properly. I told him the attachment we saw seemed to fit perfectly. Although they are solving my problem, I do not feel I was treated properly on the phone. I have a very bad taste in my mouth after this and will most likely shop at Lowe's for my next appliance purchase.

    Poor Broiler

    I was rather disappointed with this product. First issue was the display panel had to be replaced because when running the oven and cooking on multiple burners, the amount of heat deformed the display. The second is more of a bad design, there is only one broiling burner and it's in the small oven. The broiler broils very un evenly. If I could do it all over again, I would not buy this product.

    Do not recommend

    The oval burner looks perfect for a griddle, but it is a very weak burner and you will have a hard time frying anything at the low temp you get from it. Do not waste your money on a griddle, buy an electric skillet for 1/3 the price instead. The rack in the upper oven scrapes along the door when you open it, and it sits too low in the oven. Things tend to burn on the bottom easily in the upper oven. I like the controls and the grates, but one rubber foot melted off of a grate already. One other tip, if you buy the roll-out rack for the bottom oven, be careful as it is dangerous. There is no back on the rack, and when you pull it out, things slide backward and fall to the bottom of the oven. Very disappointed. Glad I got the extended warranty thru my dealer as one igniter failed already.

    Junk! Back display panel melts and knobs do not have a safety lock. Be careful to always make sure they are completely off or you will potentially blow up your house due to gas seeping.

    Terrible experience. Never got a stove.

    Promised it to be delivered in under a week but there was a “transfer issue,” whatever that is. They canceled delivery and set it out a week. They then delivered one that had giant dents. We refused delivery of that. Then waited a few more weeks. They did not have it and canceled delivery again. We wasted hours rearranging schedules for deliveries that never can and dealing with their extremely annoying phone tree. I’m supposed to get a refund, which they said would take a week to ten days. I said that was unacceptable. When I bought this $2000 stove (with tax delivery etc.). they took my money immediately. So they had a couple thousand bucks interest free for a month. Do that enough - which I’m sure they do - and they make money on their ineptitude. I asked to speak to a manager, was out o hold forever, and the rep came back and said no managers were available and they wouldn’t refund any faster anyway. Terrible experience. I’ve bought lots of things from Best Buy over the years. Never again!

    Plagued with design flaws

    If you use your self-clean feature, you'll likely need a service call to replace ignitors or the control panel. Two-years in and I am on my third ignitor. The service guy flat out told me do not use self-clean. Had the exact same problem with my Jenn-Air, and they are made by the same manufacturer. The middle burner is too weak to fry bacon, had a tough time even cooking a pancake. It is just plain useless. Do not waste your money on a griddle. Upper oven is convenient, but the upper rack setting is too high, and the lower rack setting results in the rack hitting the door and slanting as you pull it out. If you use your oven a lot, and you are determined to buy this one, get an extended warranty or you will be sorry.

    Serious Safety Issuee

    I've owned my range for a year now. I've had an issue with the burner knobs accidentally being turn on by people, both children and adults, walking past the stove and bumping into it. Sometimes the knob turns enough to ignite the burners, other times it turns just enough to only turn on the gas. This has occurred frequently enough that I believe it to be a design flaw and not an occasional freak occurence. I contacted Whirlpool and was told there was no fix for this issue. Our workaround has been to remove the knobs and only put them back on when using a burner. I have filed a complaint with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and urge anyone else experiencing this issue to do the same at saferproducts.gov. The URL is https://www.saferproducts.gov/CPSRMSPublic/Incidents/ReportIncident.aspx. It must be said I had a great buying experience with Best Buy and its associated installer.

    you cannot tell at the store but you can only cook using 2 burners at a time, 4 regular size pots/pans Do Not fit. Awful stove.
