You just have to make sure the dryer door is closed tightly when not in use, I have to make sure I hear the click to insure dryer is closed complete when I'm not using so the light inside the dryer is not on.

WHEN IT WAS WORKING HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. TRUTH IS. THIS IS THE SECOND THAT I HAD. THE FIRST ONE WAS DELIVERED TO ME NOT SPINNING OR HEATING. NOW I'M CALLING ABOUT THE SECOND ONE AND I CAN'T GET ANYONE ON THE LINE.

I wanted something simple to wash my clothes. It works great washing clothes but it super loud. If you have it in a garage it is fine but in doors is a no go.

I originally purchased the 3-year protection plan so setup an appt (which took several hours to setup each time). Well, after 3 separate trips the tech still didn't fix the dryer and blamed my ventilation. I spent a couple hundred dollars getting my dryer (roof) ventilation cleaned out as I believed them. It turned out not to help and I ended up spending 27.00 dollars on Amazon for a new heater element and thermostats and fixed myself in 15 minutes. I would not recommend this dryer nor Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plans.

Very Slow

I have fairly small loads of laundry to dry, as I hang most things to dry and it still takes at LEAST two hours to dry one small load. It does eventually dry them, so that's why I gave it two stars, at least. I'm super frustrated, as you can't return it for "just being horrible" or else I would. I'm stuck with it until it breaks I guess.
