I have placed this machine on the highest setting and ran clothes even medium loads and even the day I received the unit it has not dried clothing efficiently. i am just sick of it at this point. every single time i get my clothes out even immediately after it finishes they are never really dry. I highly recommend agains this purchase and i just wish i had my money back. the only thing worse is the HE washer i bought with this. horrid experience

This dryer I have less than 3 years. 1.5 years had to replace belt. Now the motor has gone out!!! This appliances are simply made to be disposable! Plus I haven't been able to even use my warranty as it takes over 2 weeks to even get a repair appointment.

I'm used to dryers that run on gas which is so much better. When the dryer is done . The clothes are damp. Need to dry another 70 min. Really ridiculous . Should have bought a Samsung !!

It has yet to dry a load of clothes ( even a small one) the first time around even on the hottest setting. I think I might be through with Whirlpool for a long time.
