Posted .Javi, If you are getting heat in the Dryer, but are still having longer than average drying times, this is usually the result of a kink or clog in the venting. You will want to pull out the venting and check to make sure there is no lint that is clogged inside. I don't know if the heating element is bad or if this is just a design problem. I read several reviews and apparently I am not the only one with this problem. My first washer and dryer were cheap basic haier models, but that dryer put this one to shame. At least it got hot, this one gets like half way to hot, more of a luke warm. I have cleaned the lint trap after every load. Some people seem to be really happy with this machine, but I am not.

Disposable quality

No longer made by Whirlpool. Unexceptable and no recourse but to throw dryer away and purchase a new dryer. Very disappointed in Whirlpool.

It is awful and we have to run loads twice or sometimes even three times for things like towels. This is the worst dryer we’ve ever had and I regret buying it. Please don’t. Spend a little more money for the ease of use and to save your sanity.

Toook forever to dry

Delivery man called it and made aware , I spoke to a rep on the phone . Gave option to leave dry and return with new one later date so I did. months later no replacement dryer . I'v called I emailed and no one replied . I know Covid messed things up but to have no response .smh
