It is average in all aspects. The handle to open the dryer will probably break eventually - as did our previous dryer with the same type of handle.

Products came directly out-of-box brand new and put together 3.) Great attitude and disposition of duo installers, even under returning products Product Cons: 1.) Water was leaking from the bottom of the washer on a test cycle. Returned it same day it was delivered. Decided to swap out the dryer as well (hadn't used it despite them installing it) Product reviews matter; whirlpool (despite being a top recommendation that particular model) I do not recommend it and suggest you stick with product reviews from multiple sources (youtube, consumer report, brand reviews)

No issues I really like the sensor drying technology and the multiple options for drying different types of laundry (towels, bulky,etc). Normal cycle works well for me.

I love the steam function, works really well to freshen clothes and help remove wrinkles. I am very happy with this Whirlpool dryer.

No longer dries the clothes in Oct 2025. Its good if you want a dryer that only last 2 1/2 years, No warranty and not covered under the protection plan. Best Buy warranty does not cover what the sales person tells you. I guess that shows the confidence in this product. 2 people household and 2 year life on dryer.

I almost always have to run a load twice to get them fully dry and the steam feature left my clothes damp and wrinkled. I want to return it and am checking into that option.
