The door opening in the body has predrilled holes for such a change, but It doesn’t work. So, why provide corresponding screw holes for moving hinges? Am I missing something?

You can't set things on there or they slide off, especially when it's running. You lose all that work space.

Clothes always damp after first cycle

Very disappointed with this purchase. Never any lint on lint trap. Concerned I might have a dud… as past the return window so I am unsure of what to do.
