Terrible Initial Unit

All he had to do was open the dryer door to see that the light was coming on. It is incredible was is being passed off a "quality" service these days..I did get a replacement and that has not malfunctioned yet so I guess that's good.

However it was not able to be connected to the existing venting system. The semi-regid duct was to long and there was no instructions on how to shorten it if possible. Delivery people suggested calling a plumber. I have a dryer we can’t use.
