Garbage yes you’re reading this right garbage dryer. I went through two of them back to back. They make the most god-awful sound like an old dryer from 100 years ago no thank you

Terrible Initial Unit

First unit was delivered with a malfunctioning panel and the delivery driver, who thought he was an electrician, said it was my breaker that was malfunctioning. All he had to do was open the dryer door to see that the light was coming on. It is incredible was is being passed off a "quality" service these days..I did get a replacement and that has not malfunctioned yet so I guess that's good.

It was delivered at 6:40 the delivery guy broke one of the legs they rigged to work with a piece of tin saying they would fix it later I've been back to the store once still nothing

Dryer does not dry properly. steam cycle leaves water in the dryer and keeps leaking from the hose in the back.

Dryer was delivered and plugged in on Aug 3, 2022. However it was not able to be connected to the existing venting system. The semi-regid duct was to long and there was no instructions on how to shorten it if possible. Delivery people suggested calling a plumber. I have a dryer we can’t use.

The dryer I received was an absolute lemon! It took HOURS to dry a small load of clothes! I called Best Buy and they helped me exchange for a different brand.

This machine has a huge tub.. it is very easy to use. This is our fist machine with a steam feature ,we love the steam feature it workd great. Pricing on this machine is affordable and is of good quality.
