Unfortunately I was given a semi-rigid vent which fell off the first or second day. I called and was told a number to call to get a more flexible one since I do not have a lot of space and was told Best Buy does not carry these. So far after having the first one put back on, it has stayed. Hope I don't have a problem in the future.

Pull down door good feature.

Still getting used to timer. AccuDry Sensor isn't as accurate as my old dryer and I usually need to add drying time. Happy with salesman. He was very knowledgeable and matched sale price at another store. Delivery was fast. Unfortunately first dryer was defective and had to wait 2 days for new one to be delivered. Good follow-up customer service though.

Great dryer, did the propane conversion no problem
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We are very happy with this dryer although with so many people on propane I can't understand why most dryer manufacturers don't offer a propane model any more. We went on the manufacture's website and got the part number for the propane conversion kit. Two "prime" days and $15 later it arrived. A quick YouTube video by ldspreper gave the step-by-step instructions. Our dryer was running smoothly on propane less than an hour later. I would but this again.
