    We bought this dryer to replace an identical dryer that was about 4 years old. The old dryer had a bad bearing that went bad way too soon. The installation of this dryer was by Best Buy and it was a very bad experience. We had to reinstall it ourselves the next day. It's a nice dryer and we are hoping that it lasts much longer than the last one.

    The dryer worked ok, but the matching washer didn't work properly. It would never drain the water, so I had to return it
