    This so far has been a great dryer. Put my clothes in wet they come out dry

    Love my new dryer !!! Once i learned how to make it start, ( trial and error = frustration) , now works great !! Love the large drum with light to find those sneaky little socks that tend to hide. And the sensor feature works great. Very happy with purchase. And Best Buy delivery and set up was perfect .

    Had this dryer for sixteen months and loved it until one day, we unplugged it to move and plugged it back in when we moved and it just won't turn on anymore. Was moved very carefully and had a drier repair man come out and check it and said, the control board completely stopped working. The part to replace it and labor is as much as buying this thing brand new.

    My 10+ old dryer was better than this. In less than a year, I already had to call Whirlpool twice, so they could come and fix it. The technician recommended that I buy the part and replace it myself if it breaks down again after the manufacturer warranty expires. A dryer should not be breaking down this often in less than a year. When it’s not broken down, it works well.

    TRASH DRYER....4+ HRS TO DRY NORMAL LOAD

    THIS IS GOING BACK. Moisture sensing does NOT work. A normal load takes 4 HOURS to dry. It is almost as if the steam feature is keeping the clothes wet. I have tried every setting, and it is taking WAYYYYYYY TOOOO long to dry a SMALL load. Not sure if this is a defect or just the way this dryer operates. Either way, I'm not taking a chance on this dryer again....getting something else. Now, the washer is great. But this dryer is TRASH.

    2 months in and had to have a service call because Sensing light is blinking and won't start. Pick another model.

    Paid to for this product to delivered and setup didn't work first time using it. Tried using geek squad to repair with the warranty. Best will not fix it if its under manufacturer warranty.

    DID NOT WORK** SUPPOSED TO BE A FLOOR MODEL, OPEN BOX...BUT IM CURIOUS TO WHY THE FLOOR MODEL I PURCHASED NEVER HEATED UP, THEY MUST HAVE DEMONSTRATED A LOT BECAUSE WE TRIED EVERYTHING FROM THE PAPERWORK WE RECEIVED WHEN BUYING TO CALLING GEEK SQUAD TO CALLING A PROFESSIONAL TO FIGURE OUT WHY THE HEAT WASN'T COMING ON. I GAVE UP AND RETURNED IT

    Dries clothes to a perfect tempature. If taken out ASAP little ironing is necessary

    This dryer is very confusing and you have to start the load twice to get everything dry. I definitely will be selling this along with the washer.
