Once i learned how to make it start, ( trial and error = frustration) , now works great !! Love the large drum with light to find those sneaky little socks that tend to hide. And the sensor feature works great. Very happy with purchase. And Best Buy delivery and set up was perfect .

Was moved very carefully and had a drier repair man come out and check it and said, the control board completely stopped working. The part to replace it and labor is as much as buying this thing brand new.

In less than a year, I already had to call Whirlpool twice, so they could come and fix it. The technician recommended that I buy the part and replace it myself if it breaks down again after the manufacturer warranty expires. A dryer should not be breaking down this often in less than a year. When it’s not broken down, it works well.

TRASH DRYER....4+ HRS TO DRY NORMAL LOAD

A normal load takes 4 HOURS to dry. It is almost as if the steam feature is keeping the clothes wet. I have tried every setting, and it is taking WAYYYYYYY TOOOO long to dry a SMALL load. Not sure if this is a defect or just the way this dryer operates. Either way, I'm not taking a chance on this dryer again....getting something else. Now, the washer is great. But this dryer is TRASH.

Tried using geek squad to repair with the warranty. Best will not fix it if its under manufacturer warranty.
