I haven't had any major issues, but once in a while the load won't fully dry. Other than the occasional issue, I would recommend.

Bought this dryer as a matching pair to the replacement washer. So far, have been pleased with its efficiency in drying.

I have not connected the washer and dryer yet so I cannot review quality of products.

Works good now, but had issues with steam cord on install-it was leaking, so they said they would have to get a different hose to hook up. I had to call customer service a few time and harass them to hook it up properly.

the dryer is beautiful, but when it tells me the clothes are dry, they are not.

Nice but loud. Also, they delivered and didn’t have me inspect. After they left - noticed huge dent on the top of dryer.

I had less problems with the clothes smelling from an older model of this then the new one! Don’t know how to keep from that happening.

Worked great at first, but now it takes several cycles to dry. It’s only a year old...

I bought this washer in 2016 from Sears. It is a great washer overall, it does a very good job cleaning clothes, you can read all the reviews on how fabulous it is-- and it is. So why the cruddy two star rating? I'll tell you. The other day error code EO1/F9 started flashing, meaning the filter is clogged. OK, no big deal. This happened after 10 years on my Kenmore, not sure why it happened so soon on the Whirlpool, but whatever, maybe a sock got in there or something. Some washers, the ones who have designers with actual brains and practicality, have a door that you open and just pull the filter out. My Kenmore I removed 3 screws on the bottom kickplate, not awesome, but certainly doable. This stupid washer you have to slide out (no problem bc it is only about 250 lbs, right??), unscrew the top panel (from the back), then remove the detergent drawer, unscrew two screws there and several more across the top to remove the control panel. Then you have to remove the door latch. Then you have to LIFT IT UP to remove 4 screws across the bottom. But wait, there's more! After you do all that, you have to take the wire ring off around the seal. And did I mention that all the screws are different sizes and they are the stupid star screws (not a phillips, the star kind you need 3 special bits for for all three sizes) or three sockets for your socket wrench. Are they effing kidding??? Seriously Whirlpool??? Filters get clogged all the time for one reason or another (dogs, kids, kleenex in a pocket or the dreaded piece of paper, a sock sneaks in...), and are you telling me seriously that I have to drag and lift a 250 lb machine to clear the effing filter??! This is a routine maintenance item and absolutely ridiculous to have to go to such lengths and inconvenience to clean a filter so some designer can have perfect aesthetics on the machine or some idiotic notion, (more likely to charge outrageous prices for service). All I can say is I will never be purchasing a Whirlpool again, no consideration for their customer's backs or wallets. Unacceptable.

After 5 years of use, this unit is still kicking. Just need to clean lint buildup.

I love my Whirlpool Dryer. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a good front load dryer. The steam function is a nice addition and it has several different settings to meet anyone's needs.

Dryer was just delivered and installed today. Only time will tell how good or bad the dryer is, but I wanted to give kudos to the BB purchase and delivery process. I understand everyone may not have the same experience, but mine was great. Plenty of emails and text alerting me to the purchase and delivery status. Polite phone calls the day before and the day of delivery. Guys were polite and efficient in the delivery process. Overall a very good buying experience, if the product lives up to it !! :-)

This is a great washer and dryer. I have them for over 5 months and a am very happy with them. A lot of functions and very strong.

I bought this 4 months ago and it seems to work fine, but it's very noisey. It doesn't bother me because I'm usually doing other things around the house, but if you have someone in a bedroom next to the laundry room, it will bother them. Don't know why it needs to be so noisey!
