I only had to turn it on once for my towels, I put it on towels and heavy and they came out dry. It also has a wrinkle free option that works great for my clothes.

The only con I see so far is that the wrinkle control does not prevent the clothes coming out the dryer wrinkle.

There was a problem with my dryer and they tried to fix it. They were not able to fix it so ordered me another dryer. Thumbs up to Best Buy.

It doesn't dry very well either. Even with small loads like intimates, I'll ahve to turn it on three and four times just to get them to be dry! D

We love this updated yet more traditional looking set over the front loaders we replaced with these. So far so good!

There's a sensor that is supposed to detect dryness and a counter to tell you how long it will take to dry a load but it's constantly changing. If I could exchange this dryer I would.

Kept being pushed back so I ended up canceling the dryer. I was able to find it at a different store to have the matching set my wife wanted.
