Dryer sounded like an airplane coming straight through our house. We are awaiting our replacement as it is on back order.

Not worth the money

They are very difficult to screw in. Sour clothes are wrinkled every time we take them out of the dryer. The installers are terrible.

WORST appliance I’ve ever owned

The top slopes so you can’t use it as a surface for folding or holding anything. But the absolute WORST is the way you start it. You have to tap the “on” button, just right, and then you have to HOLD THE START BUTTON FOR 3 SECONDS. Seriously!! I think this was designed by their competitors. Nobody can be this clueless about an appliance as simple as a dryer.

Noisy Dryer

Poor quality

We are 2 senior citizens, using the dryer a couple of timers per week. We are now waiting almost 2 weeks for a replacement part. Again, a 4 month old machine. Whirlpool service just as bad as this product.

New or Used???

It was level, but continued the loud noise so we had the dryer taken out and a new one brought in. The new one is fine. I really believe that the first one had also been used and returned by another customer.

The auto sensing tech doesn't work and blankets come out wet every time. Not worth it. Buttons are finky, and isn't built to last.

It starts agitating almost right away before there’s any water in the tub, just beating up the clothes unmercifully. Really disappointed.

Bought it 4/29/22 and it made a loud bang while running on 4/28/25 and quit and no longer will dry or run. Whirlpool must be phoning it in with their product manufacturing now because at one time they were an industry leader. Now they are the makers of temporary dryers.
