We got both washer and dryer back October 2020 and in December 2020 our dryer failed. In the beginning of February 2021 we notified the washer is having trouble. Getting them to fix it has been a nightmare, till this day neither or have been fixed or even offered a replacement.

Don't buy go with another brand

As of right now I still don't have a washer. It's been a month already without one. Did i mention I just purchased this washer 3 months ago???? Very stressful very disappointing, such a waste of money.
