I tried drying my blanket on normal settings which does not work. Have to use Heavy Duty even though it's only one item. It took two times on the this setting to dry my blanket. It's easy to operate. Other than that, so far I like this dryer. Oh, I've only had this dryer a few months so I really have not had time to really use it.

This Whirlpool Dryer is a Dream! Originally purchased a Samsung, did not like anything about it, returned it and purchased this and the matching Washer. Love them both. Dryer dries quickly and thoroughly. No need to fuss with which side the door opens from because it's a pulldown/hamper, has a great light in the drum and offers many options to dry whatever you need. Easy to use and looks great too.

I still learning how to function this new dryer. It works perfectly. Easy to follow instructions.

I have to keep restarting my clothes just get them dry especially if there towels, jeans and sweatpants. The drum in the inside was hitting the sides so I had to call for them to come and check. I wasn’t able to actually use the dryer until a week after purchase and it still has issues.

Plenty of space inside, easy to use, great features

Great Purchase! Was able to get cheaper with price match from local competitor. Unit is very quiet compared to what we had, and I love the digital controls. Only negative I have is that the eco boost setting adds more time to the dry cycle, and I would rather have less wear and tear versus economy. Overall , Great Unit and would recommend !

Thank goodness I bought the 5 year service plan, because the motor to this dryer is overheating and it stops after 10 minutes. I thought I was purchasing a reliable brand but it seems I was wrong. I've also had the matching washer serviced a few times in 2 years. Very disappointed in Whirlpool

I have had the dryer for a week. The original one didn't work and they had to take it out and come back the next week with a new one, which so far works well.

My last dryer was a Whirlpool which we had for 25 years. So far this new dryer is working great with quite a number of more bells and whistles than our previous dryer. Whirlpool has definitely made some improvements.

We had to get this dryer also to match with the washer when we got it on 6/16/20. As of our bad dryer went bad which has been 12 years it was time to get a new one. We love our new dryer now and very modern looking. Highly recommend.

We've had this dryer for 3 weeks now and it works great. Controls are easy to set after exploring all the options the first week. Sensors work well, clothes come out dry on the first cycle. No complaints.

The dryer has varied drying temperatures and wrinkle control. This is very helpful with a busy schedule.

The machine itself is great, the installation, however was not. The installer did not use plumber’s tape or other sealant, and after we smelled gas leaking, we had to call the Gas Co. The reinstalled line correctly.

i like the way it's so easy to use! installation is not hard either! drum light can be turn on and off plus the touch sensitivity of the buttons are so lit!
