When I pushed the power button, I changed the drum light to be on. Then I pressed the power button to turn the unit off, and it wouldn’t turn off. Any button I pressed, it would do anything. I pressed the power button many times and it did nothing. It stayed like this for 30 minutes, then all of a sudden, turned off. Whirlpool service has been scheduled. Also having problems with the washing machine. Only had both of them since December 22, not even a month

Super affordable top notch dryer!

It worked well for the first 3 loads of laundry

The display shows "sensing", and it never starts drying. I would trade all of the fancy technology it has for the ability to dry my clothes. The technician has taken a look at it and says it needs a new main board. It is a shame, I have read quite a few positive reviews and had high hopes.

Terrible product

The washing machine randomly turns on and goes on a really fast spin, especially if the power flickers or if there's a bad storm and the power comes back on and the dryer has been nothing but a problem and now it's not heating. I've had these for less than 2 years and I'll never buy another Whirlpool.

Door handle

Had a professional do the install and level it on the floor. The vibrating is an internal noise rather than a leveling issue.

I would pass on this washer

Dryer wouldn’t run starting with the second load.

It was the only one available in less than a month. After waiting a month and having to make other arrangements to get laundry done in a new house the dryer ran one cycle. After that it won’t heat or tumble no matter what setting is selected. Bad review pending repair.

So far, we have had no problems with the washer, fingers crossed it stays that way. Everything was delivered & seemed to work great until I go to dry a load of clothes. The dryer runs for a few minutes, stops drying & gives me an error message, F3E2 contact service. I had to unplug the dryer and plug it in again to get it drying. I couldn’t dry a load of clothes without this message coming on. Whirlpool sent out a repair man who said we need a new motherboard. We decided to send it back to Beat Buy and get a new dryer, rather than having to deal with the repair. Getting a new dryer would be quicker than ordering a new motherboard anyways. We get the new dryer delivered today, the men plug it in, start it & it’s making a HORRIBLE rattle noise. This is unacceptable. We are now waiting for Best Buy to contact us so we can get a 3rd dryer. We should have never “upgraded” our 12 year old machines for this hunk of junk. What a waste of money. Hopefully 3rd time is the charm!

Worthless protection plan
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The heating element is now out for the second time in a year, and even though we have the protection plan, we can’t it fixed. Best Buy has now no call, no showed twice for repair. It’s been out over a month, but they don’t care. Just keep saying to make an appointment. For what? You to not show again. We’ve called a local guy to get it fixed and I will never shop Best Buy again.

Unsatisfied

Had work done on it after 1.5 years and now the blower and motor needs to be replaced. Over $600!!!!!! Would not recommend at all!!!! Must be a lemon!!!!!!

Delivered today and it’s defective

The installation guys said it was defective and now we have to wait till Oct 12th for another one... Would love to give a better rating on a product that actually works!
