The thing rarely gets the clothes dry and it makes a loud rattling noise after it warms up. I think the noise means the clothes are dry (supposedly). The only way I can get the noise to stop is to run the dryer on bulky items, so that's my solution - I dry EVERYTHING on bulky. Yes, I plan to call for repair, as I can't believe this is how it's supposed to run. I will update if possible when this is resolved.
