Works great. Many different drying option and lowered my electric bill

BestBuy's outlet center and customer service are terrible, together. I purchased this dryer because it's supposed to be an open box in "excellent condition, " which means that it has all of its pieces and parts and it's basically new. Also purchased the matching washer in "excellent condition." For the dryer, this means that it is actually missing the leveling legs needed to install the thing. Whoops! For the washer, this means that it's "excellent with scratches." There is no category online for "excellent with scratches," but that's what the customer service person said in person. Bait and switch, just like old times. You still want this thing that's not what it's supposed to be, right? Tried using BestBuy's customer service chat, after ten minutes, the guy tells me "oh you should call the store you bought it at." I should call the store that tried to pull a bait and switch with the washer? Or the store that sold me the dryer with not all of it's pieces? Bottom line, it wsa a mistake to buy this dryer and it was a mistake to buy the washer from BestBuy. I haven't been refunded my payment for the washer, still, and now I have to play parts genius and come out of pocket more money so that I can use my dryer. Oh wait, I can't wash my clothes, so I guess it's fine.

First let me say that the geek squad did a great job in delivering and installation. That was about the highlight of this purchase. My wife and I purchased this along with the HE washer upon our transfer to the Memphis area. Three weeks in the dryer stops working. Had to go through Whirlpool for repairs. We have been without a dryer for 12 days now. To add to the situation, now the washer is making noises that sound like a bad belt or bearing. When I speak with whirlpool their response is that we will fix it but not replace it. So a month in I have two units that are already having issue. It feels like I paid full price for an used washer and dryer. I have read the responses from Whirlpool on the other low ratings and expect all I will see is the "please contact us" (why? I have already talked with you three times. Are you now going to replace the units because I complained on a public forum?) and their advertisement of their facebook page. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING WHIRLPOOL!
