It was quiet the first few times we used it, but recently it started making a rattling noise. We don't know what it is, but the rattling noise is just annoying. It still dries the laundry, but the noise is awful. We wouldn't recommend this dryer. We hope someone from Whirpool would contact us or help us with this rattling noise issue.

As with the washing machine you really have to study the user manual and then experiment with cycles. My problem with the dryer is how the "cabinet" is put together. There are rough edges that can catch the fabric of items dried as you remove them.

Does not dry clothes

I was very happy with the old units so decided to purchase Whirlpool again. I will be returning this unit because it does not dry clothes all the way. I have tried every option but it kicks off after a few minutes saying it is done. Very disappointed in Whirlpool. Will be looking at a LG set going forward. As always, Best Buy has the absolute best customer service.

We are having issues with drying the laundry. It's taking a long time. I will be calling Best Buy and the Manufacturer to get assistance. I'm disappointed as of Saturday, June 6, 2020. I am hopeful to get the situation resolved ASAP
