Worst purchase. It is new and doesn't work well

One because it was damaged. Now that I received it, product doesn't work well. This appliance needs to be changed, If it is not fixed, I need to cancel this purchase.

After technicians coming out three times to install, they still haven’t gotten it correct. Two of the times my husband or I lost time at work to be available for the install which did not happen. Yesterday, Saturday, September 21, 2019, three weeks later, they finally have the dryer stacked probably on the washer. They lacked the proper tools to reverse the door. Now the dryer door hits the entry door to the laundry room if fully opened. I was told to set up another service call with costumer care. I don’t have the energy to make yet another call. I will have my husband handle it on Monday hoping to get it all resolved. Other that that the dryer works wonderfully!

Dryer door leaks on steam function.

First one leaks at door during steam cycle. Second so damaged I could not accept. Third still leaks on steam function. Dryer works great. Received $100 gift card for inconvenience from best buy, that cannot be applied to payment for dryer. Not thrilled.
