Sometimes, it wouldn’t power up, other times it would have weird responses to panel button pushes. Filed a request for service, which took a week to get someone to look at it. Was told it would require new electronics which was initially indicated as a 7 day wait for the parts, then got a call back that the required parts are on back-order and it’s not clear when this will get fixed. Last time I look at Whirlpool as quality and customer service...

I bought this dryer and matching front loader washer has upgrades back January. I have had nothing but problems with them both. Dryer doesn’t dry on first dry time maybe the twice or third dry time. I have always clean my dry vent. And always clean dryer vent way before installing. Now Button panel is acting fun while drying and saying err. Sounding like someone is playing with it but it’s just drying! Do not waste your money on this or the washer!! I love whirlpool just not this.

Wife hates it because the settings don't actually work properly. Like the towel setting takes 2 cycles to clean towels. I don't care tho, She does all the laundry. Would not recommend due to wife aggro.

I highly recommend this product to anyone.

Dryer heats but does not tumble clothes so the dryer is useless. Whirlpool requires you to contact them for repair during the first 12 months per Geek Squad. Earliest availability to even look at it is 2 weeks. Wow…what are we supposed to do for dry clothing Whirlpool? Will likely cut my losses and toss it for junk after reading other reviews. Money wasted and poor customer service from Whirlpool. Thanks Whirlpool!

It has fewer options than the Samsung but everything we need Gimmicks don’t dry clothes good dryers do, and in less time Made in the USA is a nice feature too
