Whirlpool have received so many complaints about this model that they do not have available parts. At least three weeks to receive it. Technician explained that this model came defective and everybody is facing the same situation. Do your homework, call your a tech service in your area and confirm my advice. Avoid it!

Dryer Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The laundry detergent drawer stopped draining. I have had it replaced twice and it still does not work. Also, I never used the steam function, however, the ring went up and my dryer flooded. Due to the flooding, the dryer started squealing really bad and I have to WD40 the wheels once to twice a week depending on use. I am looking for a replacment.
