Very good, we are vere happy with this product and best buy

Good product, replaced my outdated dryer with modern features.

The sensor that is supposed to detect when the clothes are dry is off and our clothes are always damp still. Even on the highest dryness setting. So the dryer will end its cycle early and at that point, we should have bought the cheapest unit with a simple timer and heat setting.

So far this item is performing well. Pleased for now.

It takes a while to dry but it’s good since it’s electric

We are pleased with the item. I am glad we switched to whirlpool. The chrome color is elegant and it’s functions does well. Overall, I like it and hopefully it will function longer than what we have previously for more than a decade.

I hate this dryer with a passion Delivered in Jan 2023 and being replaced in Dec 2024. It doesn’t dry clothes! It takes FOREVER to dry anything, even when you select the driest settings. It is also LOUD. Sheets end up all balled up or tangled. I have to take them out multiple times to ensure they get dried properly. This is such a disappointing piece of expensive, disposable junk. I can’t wait to have it hauled off. On top of all this frustration a few weeks ago it started making a horrible noise when it starts if the load is heavier, i.e. towels or bedding. As if the drum is backing up first. I would not spend a dime on servicing this junk. Whirlpool is off the list of appliances until such time they start making quality products again that do what they are supposed to do.

I’ve been using it consistently for a couple of weeks now and its by far the best appliance I have used. It looks great, and is very quiet! Incredibly happy with this purchase and I would recommend it to anybody!

Looks nice, dries well, but I don't like the 3-2-1 start feature.

Had to wait a little bit more than expected for it to be delivered and installed. Long story short, it’s a good product. Nice look, sleek design. Working great!

I bought this in December 2022 and installed it in March (my house wasn't ready). When I tried using it for the first time, we discovered it wouldn't work. We called the authorized service provider and were told we'd need a parts replacement (the circuit board malfunctioned). The part has been requested, and we've been waiting almost three months. Now it's a blame game between Whirlpool, the supply chain issues, the microprocessor crisis (believe me), and the service provider, and no one can give me the parts, much less an ETA. I'm again on the phone with Whirlpool, saying they don't even know which part I need because the service provider still needs to fill it in their system. Thanks, Whirlpool, I tried to support Michigan, and now I have a big useless grey box in my laundry,
