This is a good dryer. I originally ordered it with a side vent and best buy delivered one with the rear vent. Not happy and never purchasing an appliance from best buy again.

This product is excellent very fast and on point. I had other brands before but this particular product allow you to quick dry ans more. I highly recommend this item

Was great for the first 4 months. Since then this dryer has been serviced 2 times. Going on it’s third right now. The technician says that it’s possibly due to overheating from over loading. But I’ve always placed the recommended or smaller laundry loads. The technician also says that it’s possibly not getting properly “ventilation” due to it being placed in a corner in my Condo. This corner was build for stackable washer and dryer sets when it was constructed. After asking WhirlPool to just replace a obvious defective dryer, they still continue to sent under equipped technicians. The technicians are little help, since they never seem to have the specific part they need to fix the dryer. So then I have to wait an additional week or two for them to come back and replace it.

Have had issues with it since we got it. Would only stay on to dry clothes if we used the time dry setting. Also just recently started not drying the clothes at all and now won’t turn on. Only 2 years old.

I was looking forward to this dryer - it was a real upgrade from my one prior but several functions did not work properly right from the start. The normal/eco setting didn't have any problems on the first dryer, but whenever i set it to "quick dry" it got very hot and turned off by itself half way through. It wouldn't turn back on, the screen went black and it seemed as though there was no power. I unplugged and plugged back in and still nothing. I checked my power source and breaker box and nothing was out of sorts. In about 20 minutes it turned back on by itself and flashed two error codes. The timed-dry setting did the same thing. This happened a few times at least, enough for me to realize the dryer was defective. When i spoke to a best buy rep via chat they told me what the error codes meant (issues with power - overheating ultimately) and we decided to have the dryer replaced with another, same make and model. Sadly, the second dryer was also defective. At one point it got hung up on the normal/eco setting with 1 minute left for over ten minutes so i had to stop it manually. Then the next time i used the normal/eco setting it stopped on it's own like the first dryer did on the quick dry setting and would not turn back on. I've decided to completely abandon this model and am in the middle of returning the second dryer now for a completely different one. If I can receive two defective dryers of the same make/model in a row, i'm definitely not taking chances and buying a third.

Dries clothes faster than my old dryer very pleased

Had to wait a little bit more than expected for it to be delivered and installed. Long story short, it’s a good product. Nice look, sleek design. Working great!

Dryers clothes fast. Only disappointment is that the drum is not stainless.

This is a great dryer, dry's in a good time, Only thing i would say is sometimes it doesn't turn on when we want it to. something with the touch buttons. but other then that its a really good dryer

Operation of appliance is solid. Service on install was great. Issue is after market service. Appliance was damaged on delivery. Dented and scratch. I accepted appliance with promise of discount credit. No credit was ever issued!

I purchased this about a month ago for my first apartment and have runna dozen loads of laundry through it. It works very well and seems to be a hihh quality machine.

Looks nice, dries well, but I don't like the 3-2-1 start feature.

It's a pretty good dryer. The lint catcher and front door are a little light and flimsy, but for the money, can't complain.

Replaced my old whirlpool after 16 years. I miss the inside dryer light, otherwise very happy.
