Garbage - doesn’t dry clothes, balls them all up

It doesn’t dry clothes! It takes FOREVER to dry anything, even when you select the driest settings. It is also LOUD. Sheets end up all balled up or tangled. I have to take them out multiple times to ensure they get dried properly. This is such a disappointing piece of expensive, disposable junk. I can’t wait to have it hauled off. On top of all this frustration a few weeks ago it started making a horrible noise when it starts if the load is heavier, i.e. towels or bedding. As if the drum is backing up first. I would not spend a dime on servicing this junk. Whirlpool is off the list of appliances until such time they start making quality products again that do what they are supposed to do.

Haven’t had it that long and it already makes the clothes smell like mildew. Have to do quite a bit of cleaning the machine.
