First one threw an F3/E3 code within one hour of delivery. Would not heat up. Went back to Best Buy, said I wanted a new one. Second on delivered one week later, same problem F3/E3 code. Called Best Buy, they suggested having a Whirlpool repairman out to fix the problem. Waited a week for the repairman to show up, he replaced a thermistor, the dryer worked for about an hour after he left and then F3/E3 code again. Told Best Buy I was done with Whirlpool. Bought an LG, it works. I can now dry my clothes. Sad because I went out of my way to buy American but Whirlpool failed me 3 times. Had no choice, I needed a dryer that worked so bought a foreign model.

Horrible Dryer

It was delivered and withi 20 minutes after installation it was coming up with error codes on the dryer E3 & F3 and the dryer would stop. I called bear buy and was on hold for hours. Best Buy had another one delivered two days later and this one did the same exact thing after installing. I contacted whirlpool and they let me know the codes are pretty serious, something to do with the electrical component and to have Best Buy exchange it again. I decided to have it swapped out for a Maytag dryer and haven’t had problems yet.

Utter junk - run the other way form this unit !!!

This dryer cost over $1000 installed and has not dried properly from the day I bought it! I end up running it for multiple cycles over 3-4 hours just to get clothes ‘mostly’ dry!!! I pay an insane amount for Worst Buy’s ‘total tech support’ and each time I call I end up on hold for 45 minutes or more and then have been dropped over and over!!!!

Unacceptable experience

Terrible experience, a 4 days delivery turned into 3 weeks delivery. This is combination completely lack of knowledge from employees in the geek squad and their no willingness to help at all. After 5 times reschedule finally someone was able to assist. No one should go through this UNACCEPTABLE experience.

Terrible design damages clothes.

I ruined a brand-new shirt in it. Once the sleeve got caught, it just got twisted tighter and tighter until it tore the shirt.
