This is the best set of washer and dryer that I purchased about other brands before, but whirlpool is the best the capacity that smooth work of the machine and quietness makes it better than all the other brands

I love the dryer but someone forgot to plug in the wiring harness for the drum light. I took off the top cover with two screws and was able to plug it in. Works fine now. But I’m a little irritated at the quality control. The wires and the correct location are circled in yellow.

This model is quiet and light weight to install. The light for the interior works only when the unit is powered on by the front panel. If you want light on after it powers off you have to turn front panel back on. I would have thought it would work every time you open the door. This is big and roomy inside and simple to operate.

Is great product. The dryer was easy to use and also learn how to use it. It drys the clothes fast then my older one did.

Been 24 years since I have had a new dryer. This one was a bit of learning curve. Once I’ve gotten used to features I really like the dryer. Wasn’t sure on the steam refresher but it works amazingly well at closet funk odor and work out clothes odor.

Cleans well. Easy to use and is very quiet. Would be great for in-house laundry room

They have brought out two at this point. Both of them leak during the steam cycle.

W/D set was damaged during delivery. In addition dryer not installed properly or defective. Water leaking from dryer door and standing in bottom of dryer. Exchange scheduled but not compensated for any inconvenience during remodel.

I bought Whirlpool electric with no issues and towards the end of my warranty I called the Geek Squad to check my washer and dryer. The techinican came out and looked at the dryer and the washer. There was no issues with the items. He said the common thing that goes out is the rolling wheels. He replaced the washer wheels first and after leaving left the hose out and it flooded my laundry room. Then while working on the dryer he replaced the wheels and then within 2-3 days the wheels squeaked. He cames out again and the replaced the melted wheel I shoukd have took pictures of it.. Then he came out and replaced the wheels and the spindle shaft. Now my dryer does not work and I had to purchase a new one thanks to Bestbuy. I would not buy any appliance from Bestbuy.
