It has 3 heat settings that works well for our needs. Whirlpool is always our preferred brand and Best Buy, our preferred store.

I contacted Whirlpool customer service and was informed that this is a known issue with the unit. I was never notified about this issue and had to find it on the internet. A technician came out to diagnose the unit, even though I specifically told the customer service rep what the issue was when I called initially. I was told that the part needed for repair is on indefinite backorder, with no timeline for resolution. Today a repair tech was scheduled to finally replace the board on the machine but had been given a part for a microwave as opposed to the one for my machine. I was told that I am now back to the beginning of the waiting line for the correct part with no time line whatsoever for the part to arrive. I am disabled and cannot drag laundry to a laundromat nor should I have to as I have a purchased machine at home. This is unacceptable.
