I will never do business with Best Buy again. Poor service period.

I purchased this on 2/17/2024, it is broken on 3/29/2024. The repair technician can't come out until after 10 days. I regret the purchase of Whirlpool again. I should have purchased either Samsung, or GE.

Then we had to do the install ourselves because they didn’t have the correct hookups!!!

Buyer beware

I was forced to return it because it was too frustrating putting loads to dry for 2 cycles. Even the 60 min timed dry resulted in slightly damp loads. My old dryer completely dried the same size load in 30-50 mins. I do not recommend.

Malfunctioning dryer
