Filter is on the top of the dryer, when you pull out the filter to clean off the lint, lint falls off filter into the dryer. Expensive to repair. Buy the extended warranty always.

Waste of money

Must be a lemon

Repairs will cost as much as a new dryer. Not impressed with this product at all.

Don't waste your money

It doesnt work well with bigger loads. I have to run the dryer twice for clothes or comforter to be completely dry.

BUY Somethiing else.

Have to put every load in twice to get dry even DriFit clothes don't get dry in one cycle. We had a Whirlpool, previously and were happy with performance but this one is nowhere near as good and model is almsot exactly the same.

terrible delivery and dryer didn't work well.

Part of the problem could have been the delivery people. They twisted the vent hose and scraped the wall when pushing it to the wall. They also put a gash in my linoleum. Needless to say, it was returned and I have a much better GE product that actually dries everything nicely.

This also took 2 tries to get delivered (months)because the first time both the dryer and washer were severely damaged. Just curious now if the drier was damaged and that’s why it dries so poorly. And yes, I’ve cleaned my house vents.

Dryer won’t heat

This dryer has stopped working on me 4 times in not even 2 years. The heating element sucks! I have techs in my house repairing it so many times it is ridiculous! They even said that is costs more to fix it at this point than what it is worth. Stay away from this product!

Whirlpool dryer

It has a setting for 70 minutes and one for extra dry - neither setting gets the heavy stuff dry the first time .

Dissatisfied

This machine is not getting my clothes clean. I tried to wash sheets and when the cycle was complete they had grease stains on them. Also, I tried to wash a small bedspread and when it was done the top half of the blanket wasn't even wet and there was a tide pod on top of the blanket that hadn't been mixed in. I think there needs to be more water in the drum. If you use liquid tide, there is no place to pour detergent but into the bottom of the drum. Wish I could return this and get a different one.

Heating is Poor
