Bought the next model up from this one for my home a year back and have been nothing short of thrilled with it. My BF/GF needed a dryer but was content to make due with hanging clothes the running them through a cycle with no heat, eating up her time. I surprised her with this model and, except for unfortunate incident with the delivery crew which BB rectified right away, she's thrilled as well. No need for all the bells and whistles for us, we need reliability and efficiency and these deliver!

I bought this dryer thinking it was very large and it is. But I have another dryer I have kept from 30 yrs ago Kenmore. They work the same timing and it amazes me that my older dryer still works like the new one. The reason is that I was told back 40 yrs that using one washer with 2 dryers is much better to not make the dryer work too hard. I proved it right. I was so surprised on the timing when I did it that way. My new washer takes the exact time to wash a large cycle as the two dryers take to dry . It all stops to the minutes in timing. I also wanted a lint catch that is on top not inside the dryer. My hair towels when I tried the lint in the door made little hairs go in the dryer not the lint catch. But this dryer catches so much lint out side the dryer. I love it. Its so much like my older dryer.

Pretty solid dryer, it works well even in low heat, I’ve noticed that high heat can melt certain fabrics so I just dry everything on low. It doesn’t take long at all, maybe 2 cycles for comforters and blankets.

This is our second Whirlpool dryer of the same family model. The one replaced had bit more feature with extra knob but basically the same. It lasted 8 years, it could have lasted more but was a little bit abused. So we got this whirlpool dryer again also from BestBuy for the best price and warranty. It does what it do best, drying clothes, hence we got again.

This dryer works awesome! Based my purchase off other reviews and how basic the settings are. Nothing fancy and confusing about it. NOTE: Best Buy has had the overall best customer service, reliability, and scheduling for delivery. There are delays due to covid which is out of their hands however they emailed me and told me they had openings sooner than my scheduled delivery date and called when they were an hour away to give me a heads up. The delivery guys were awesome. In and out and were friendly!

Easy to use, works great. Not too noisy either. I like the drop down hamper door, it doesn’t try to close on me every single time like my old swing out door, and this one has a bigger lint trap which probably helps with airflow and dry time.
