This dryer is fantastic. Easy to keep clean and dries clothes in record time!

Needed to replace 12 year old dryer that could not be repaired. Looked for a basic dryer and have had whirlpool dryers in the past. This one fit the want list at the right price and availability. Only had it for a couple of months and very satisfied with the performance.

Ease of operation and large capacity is great! I would highly recommend this dryer.

The only positive of this dryer is the hamper door. Run. Do not walk away from this dryer. The first one was delivered new and it did not work; so it was replaced. The second new machine also had issues, but after another service call (and new replacement parts), I had a new working machine. That said, the on/off button never worked - just push it and it would start no matter what it was pointed to. Within a couple months, the interior was completely rusted. I called the total tech team, they suggested I pay the deductible for them to come check it out. Then, about a month before having this dryer for two years, it just stopped drying clothes altogether. I paid the total tech fees, a service man came out, and nothing was done. We waited 2 weeks for new parts. The parts started being delivered to our house and we held onto them until the service person came back. Parts were replaced - tech confirmed it would work (without testing it) and left my house. No! It did not work. I called him on the phone and the tech was very belligerent with me; did not seem to care about his job or who he was representing. So I went to the store where I purchased the dryer and spoke w the store manager as well as the general manager. Since this machine had already had all the parts replaced more than once (they were wanting to exchange out the parts again!), I just wanted them to stand by their warranty and replace my defective item. Fast forward now almost two months. The defective dryer is still in my house. We are supposed to have a new dryer delivered tomorrow - but we will install ourselves bc now I have zero faith in the Best Buy installers.

We re-bought this washer and the matching dryer after our 12 year old duplcate was struck by lightening when our house was hit. There was nothing wrong with the older one and it would have kept on going I am sure for a few more years. These are wonderful machines.

Easy to use. Quiet and efficient. We have limited space so I like the pull down door. We've experienced no problems.

The unit does a very good job, and matches the washer I purchased a few years ago. The features are easy to use and installation was a breeze.

This was a great dryer, for two months, until Hurricane Ian hit on 9-28-22. Ian took out everything I purchased at Best Buy - Refrigerator, Washer, & Dryer !! I was crushed, still am !!!

The dryer is somewhat loud but easy to use and drys heavy items well

We got this dryer to replace a multiple failing newer type dryer. It works great and is easy to use. Live the fold down door

so far ive noticed that it is very quiet and it seems to dry much faster than our previous Kenmore dryer which never gave us any problems

Hamper doors are where its at! It is disappointing that models are going away from them. Not all laundry spaces can accommodate a swinging door! Super quiet. Does exactly what it was made to do. Love it!

This 7 cu. ft. electric Whirlpool dryer was purchased to replace a 22 yr. old Whirlpool dryer. To date we have been extremely satisfied with its performance and look forward to many years of use.

Love the dryer in has more features than the old dryer I have it works even better than the dryer I had I love it alone I would recommend it to anyone who want to buy my friends and family I would recommend it go ahead and buy it it's a good investment it's worth the money

Simple, easy to use, easy to clean lint trap, it doesn’t take forever to dry clothes and it’s large enough to dry my bulky items.

Works well for drying. My only reservation is that I would prefer the door to open to the side instead of down. Makes it a little awkward to reach in and remove the clothes. Also, I find that when putting clothes in the dryer, they regularly catch on the latch mechanism at the top center of the opening.
