The dryer has a huge tub which operates quietly and dries quickly. The clothes comes out fluffy and smelling great.

This dryer will do for now. I just wish it would dry faster. I have to dry it twice. But other than that it's big and it gets the job done eventually

I love my new dryer! I wasn't sure I would like the drop down door but I really do! The installation was fast and perfect. The installers were knowledge, clean and informative! I know my new Best Buy dryer will last as long if not longer than my last Best Buy dryer!

I had read the reviews on this one before I bought it. The cons said the lid locks when in use and won't open till the wash is complete. I read the pros and someone said you push the start button when it's running to pause it so you can open the lip. I had to do that yesterday. It doesn't immediately stop, but it will, then you can open the lid. Just shut lid and press the start button again for it to restart. We're very pleased with the machine.

Bought this for my home and am completely satisfied with my purchase! Got it delivered and the delivery men were very quick and friendly. I've now been using this product for months with no issues. I would highly recommend it!

Computer panels go out. Plain turn knobs are simple and easy to replace. Going back to simple is what I like. I also like the pull down door. Nothing falls out on the floor during transfer from the washer to dryer. It also helps in folding the dried laundry. I also prefer the external lint trap than an internal lint trap.

This dryer is simple to use and very efficient. It was a great value for the price.

I have never had a better dryer. Easy to load and unload. Love the fluff cycle. Clothes come out practically wrinkle free.

Wish I'd bought it sooner. We had been thinking about a new dryer because our old one just wasn't working as well as it should Finally broke down and bought this one. It has cut our drying time in 3rds and I love that it has the wrinkle stop setting.

Overall I think it's excellent and it works fast and quick. I've been needing a dryer for some time to dry my children and my own clothes in max 2 rounds and it's been a success. I recommend it for those mama bears.

The salesperson at the store was very helpful. No pressure to have us look at other products or have us buy something more expensive. Was also very polite and respectful. I wish all of the salespeople in the store were as good as this one. The delivery team was exceptional. Arrived 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time and were done in 10 minutes. Very careful as they removed the old dryer and brought in the new one. Also very safety minded. Both delivery people wore masks and didn't touch anything in the house other than the dryers. Best delivery I've ever had.

Much more capacity than our old dryer. Does a good job. No complaints.
