Good dryer for the short time we have owned it. Lint catcher is good. Flat top stuff doesn’t slide off and it has a sturdy door. No digital display timer ✅ Turn to set timer can easily see where the cycle is. Done signal is loud enough to hear over background sounds.

Love the dryer, it is like one we had purchased from Best Buy many years ago living in Georgia. It was a floor model and was told nothing wrong when I purchased it, but when it arrive, the feet were missing.

This dryer was exactly what I wanted, a flat top and side opening door. It does an excellent job of drying my clothes. I like the wrinkle shield feature, which I've never had before.

Works great. Brand new washer and dryer from Best Buy. I appreciate the fact that they actually gave me the first soap that I used. Thank you Best Buy

like large capacity for comforters easy to install and use

The only positive of this dryer is the hamper door. Run. Do not walk away from this dryer. The first one was delivered new and it did not work; so it was replaced. The second new machine also had issues, but after another service call (and new replacement parts), I had a new working machine. That said, the on/off button never worked - just push it and it would start no matter what it was pointed to. Within a couple months, the interior was completely rusted. I called the total tech team, they suggested I pay the deductible for them to come check it out. Then, about a month before having this dryer for two years, it just stopped drying clothes altogether. I paid the total tech fees, a service man came out, and nothing was done. We waited 2 weeks for new parts. The parts started being delivered to our house and we held onto them until the service person came back. Parts were replaced - tech confirmed it would work (without testing it) and left my house. No! It did not work. I called him on the phone and the tech was very belligerent with me; did not seem to care about his job or who he was representing. So I went to the store where I purchased the dryer and spoke w the store manager as well as the general manager. Since this machine had already had all the parts replaced more than once (they were wanting to exchange out the parts again!), I just wanted them to stand by their warranty and replace my defective item. Fast forward now almost two months. The defective dryer is still in my house. We are supposed to have a new dryer delivered tomorrow - but we will install ourselves bc now I have zero faith in the Best Buy installers.

Easy to use and quick to dry. Good price and great performance

Great value for the price for sure. Clothes dry as predicted. Runs loud and door is sort of awkward to get clothes in and out of in tight space- my previous side hinge door was easier. Would recommend.

Works great dry clothes fast all for a good price.

The 2 delivery gentlemen, were fantastic, and I felt much better when they were able to carry the dryer down the basement stairs (not always an easy thing to do at my house)

dryer is working good the technician did not install it properly and did not connect the vent and balance the legs which I had to do myself
