Nice dryer. I've had ot over 4 months now. Very quiet. The price wasn't bad either. I will buy it again.

This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had. My dryer broke on Saturday morning, and I have a 5-year Geek Squad warranty. I contacted Best Buy via chat and was told that it’s not really a five-year warranty because the first year falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. I was instructed to call the manufacturer first — even though it was the weekend and the manufacturer was closed. Only after the manufacturer determined it was not a recall would Best Buy “try” to help. This was unacceptable and extremely misleading. At no point during the purchase was I told that the five-year Geek Squad warranty effectively only covers four years, nor is that clearly explained at the time of sale. I then called Best Buy and spoke with Juan, who repeatedly said there was nothing he could do. He refused to escalate my call and told me a supervisor would call me back in 1–1.5 hours. No one ever called. When I called back, I spoke with Jesse, who told me supervisors never call customers back — meaning I was outright lied to previously. After pressing repeatedly, I was finally connected to Eric, who stated he was a supervisor. Eric apologized profusely and promised he would personally call Whirlpool Monday morning and then call me back. I specifically asked that this call be documented and audited. He reassured me he “had my back.” He never called. There were no notes added to my case. No escalation occurred. My case number is 368424926. When I called back again, I was forced to start the entire process over, only to be told there were no notes, no follow-up, and no way to reach the supervisor I had spoken to. I was even told Eric may work “in another country” and could not be identified. I was offered no resolution, no temporary solution, and no accountability — despite paying extra for protection. I was also told I could not return the appliance because Best Buy’s appliance return policy is only 15 days. So to summarize: My appliance broke My warranty was misleading I was bounced between departments I was lied to about a supervisor callback No notes were documented No one followed through I lost three days with no working dryer during a holiday week Ending every call with “Thank you and have a wonderful day” after offering no help is insulting. I work in customer service and understand challenges — but this was systemic failure, not a one-off. I will never purchase appliances or warranties from Best Buy again, and I strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere

Size is perfect for a large family. Simple and easy to use.

We needed a washer and dryer and did not want one with too many bells and whistles that could break and cause expensive repairs. We have had this one for over a year and it has worked good. The only thing is the lint trap is on the top and if you take it out to quickly, all the lint will fall down into and out the vent. it is a little annoying but you get used to it.

Quick install and works like a champ. We have laundry for 6 every week and this dryer gets it done. Very pleased.

Uses 1/2 the time of my old one. I was surprised. Also runs quietly.

Bought this after our twenty year old Whirlpool dryer died. This was easy to set up and easy to use. I would recommend it to anyone.

Simple settings, does the job fine. I don't need all these different settings usually just 2 or 3. Also was looking for a company that repair people would service. My only complaint is the buzzer is really loud. Wish I could turn it off otherwise I would give it 5 stars

This drier operates very efficiently. It takes less time to dry the contents, no need for drier balls or sheets, and there is less if any lint on my clothes!

Great dryer. I wanted something simple, I don't need a million settings. It dries the clothes and they don't wrinkle. Also, the lint is really easy to clean.

Works well and the unit is not loud or noisy. I will recommend this product to friends and family. the cost was a good price.

Its cheap and efficiant, I've had no issues with it yet, and you can put alot of laundry in it, I only wish it was just a tiny bit smaller so I could fit them in the laundry closet easier
